My favorite competitive event in TSA is Children’s Story
because after I compete I get to share it with my dance students.
Why did you join TSA?
I joined TSA because when I was in middle school my older
sister was a part of our high school TSA chapter where she spoke highly about
this organization, so I thought I would give it a try. Ever since my first day
of being a part of TSA I have loved and grown as a leader so much in my time
involved with TSA.
What are your future plans?
My future plans after high school is to get my master’s
degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design. While still dancing in
college, I want to be a part of their competitive dance team and compete around
the nation.
What is something unique about you?
Something unique about me is that I have 4 horses and I
love to go horseback riding when I have downtime. I’ve been dancing since I was
2 and been on a competitive dance team since I was 9.
Advice to any TSA Member:
The advice I would give to any TSA member is to have an
open mind during your time involved with TSA. This time will fly by and you
won’t remember the events you win or lose. You will remember the connections
you have made, opportunities and life skills you have gained from being a part
of an organization that wants their members to compete and thrive in a friendly
environment. Enjoy being in the moment and have fun with your TSA experience.
