Owen Duffy
Bio: Owen joined TSA as a Freshman in high school to spend more time with friends and further his STEM education. He hopes to continue developing the Northwest region and furthering the TSA vision.
Q: What’s your name, grade, and TSA office?
A: I’m Owen Duffy, a senior at Liberty High School, and I am the Northwest regional vice president.
Q: How long have you been in TSA?
A: I joined TSA 3 years ago as a freshman, and this year will be my 4th.
Q: What inspired you to join TSA?
A: I heard from friends that it was fun, wide-ranging, and a good way to hang out with friends.
Q: What are your plans after high school?
A: I plan to pursue graduate school in electrical engineering.
Q: What do you like to do outside of TSA?
A: I lead my FRC team; I’m a member of my school’s ACE club; I’m an Eagle Scout; I play cello, guitar, and piano; and I go bouldering/rock-climbing.
